Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements, allergies and religious observance are all straightforward provided we know in advance. On a short Delaware leg there may not be time to serve a full meal, and we will tell you that rather than let you order one.
Ordering Ahead of a Short-Notice Flight
Catering has to be ordered ahead of the flight, and on a short-notice booking there may not be time. We will tell you what is realistic for your departure time rather than promising a menu we cannot deliver.
